Description
Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are flaky, buttery, and cheesy biscuit bites with a burst of garlicky goodness. These savory treats are perfect for snacking or as a side dish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch them together to form a ball, making sure the cheese is sealed inside.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, and brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of each biscuit.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
- Remove from the oven, and if desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute the mozzarella with cheddar cheese or any other cheese of your choice.
- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
- These biscuit bombs are best enjoyed fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheat them in the oven.
