Description

Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are flaky, buttery, and cheesy biscuit bites with a burst of garlicky goodness. These savory treats are perfect for snacking or as a side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch them together to form a ball, making sure the cheese is sealed inside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, and brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of each biscuit.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  7. Remove from the oven, and if desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute the mozzarella with cheddar cheese or any other cheese of your choice.
  • For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
  • These biscuit bombs are best enjoyed fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheat them in the oven.
