Description
Pizza Enchiladas combine the cheesy, savory flavors of classic pizza with the comfort and warmth of enchiladas. Rolled tortillas filled with pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and pizza sauce make for a fun and easy fusion dinner.

- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra cheese and toppings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pizza sauce, cooked sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, cheddar, green bell pepper, olives, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling into each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour additional pizza sauce over the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with extra cheese and toppings if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- Swap flour tortillas with low-carb or gluten-free ones if needed.
- Use any pizza toppings you like — mushrooms, onions, jalapeños, etc.
- Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce for extra heat.
- Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
