- 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls or cubed mozzarella
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, cut into chunks
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss steak cubes with pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread steak, mozzarella, pepperoni, peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients for variety.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to your preferred doneness and cheese is slightly melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
