- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place tortillas on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add desired toppings such as pepperoni, olives, peppers, and onions.
- Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil to help crisp.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and slice into wedges like a pizza.
