Description

Quesadizzas are a creative fusion of quesadillas and pizzas, using crispy tortillas as a base and loaded with savory toppings like cheese, sauce, and your favorite meats or veggies — a quick and fun twist on pizza night.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place tortillas on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Add desired toppings such as pepperoni, olives, peppers, and onions.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.
  7. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil to help crisp.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and slice into wedges like a pizza.
