These Reese’s Pieces Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars are a chewy, gooey treat packed with peanut buttery Reese’s Pieces, rich chocolate chips, and a soft buttery cookie base. Perfect for parties, bake sales, or anytime you need a sweet fix.

- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of Reese’s Pieces.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Reese’s Pieces on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the bars soft and chewy.
- Mix in chopped peanut butter cups for an extra peanut butter kick.
- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
