Description

These bite-sized sausage biscuit snacks are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or party appetizers. Made with just a few ingredients, they’re savory, cheesy, and easy to whip up — a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (e.g., Grands)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Flatten each piece slightly and press into the bottom of each muffin cup, shaping it up the sides.
  4. In a bowl, mix cooked sausage with shredded cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Spoon the sausage mixture evenly into each biscuit-lined cup.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before removing from the tin. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
