- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked prawns, chopped
- 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Plastic wrap for shaping
- Optional: 1/4 cup toasted almonds or sesame seeds for coating
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in dill, green onions, crab meat, and prawns. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Arrange the smoked salmon slices slightly overlapping to form a rectangle.
- Spoon the seafood mixture along the center of the salmon and use the plastic wrap to roll it into a tight log.
- If desired, roll the log in toasted almonds or sesame seeds for extra flavor and texture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Slice into 1-inch rounds and serve chilled with crackers or bread.
