- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, diced onions, lime wedges
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Pour salsa over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and forms a creamy salsa queso sauce.
- Warm tortillas and fill with the chicken mixture.
