Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with chopped Snickers bars, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate flavor. These indulgent cookies are a sweet-and-salty dream come true for candy lovers!

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 fun-size bars)
- Optional: extra chopped Snickers for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers pieces.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Top with a few extra Snickers pieces if desired.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use mini Snickers for more even distribution of caramel, nougat, and peanuts.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes if you want thicker, puffier cookies.
- These freeze well—bake and store in a sealed container for up to 2 months.
