Description

Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread is the ultimate comfort food mashup—perfectly seasoned spaghetti tucked inside a golden, buttery garlic bread loaf. Crispy on the outside, cheesy and saucy on the inside, it’s an irresistible dish that turns a classic meal into a handheld masterpiece.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French or Italian bread
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 lb ground beef or sausage (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Combine spaghetti with marinara sauce and meat (if using), then mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, creating a trench for the filling. Do not cut through the bottom.
  6. Spoon the spaghetti mixture into the hollowed-out bread, pressing down to pack it in.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic and parsley. Brush generously over the outside and top of the stuffed bread.
  8. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  9. Slice and serve warm with extra marinara for dipping if desired.

  • Use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for dietary needs.
  • Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.
