- 1/2 tsp salt
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or dill), chopped
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine sprouted chickpeas (or lentils), nutritional yeast, coconut yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, turmeric, and salt.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Once blended, fold in chopped fresh herbs.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve chilled as a spread, dip, or on crackers or bread.
