- 6 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned but not fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the skillet, then add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes.
- Return steak to the skillet and add cooked noodles.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh or thawed shrimp for best results.
- Feel free to add other veggies like snap peas, carrots, or mushrooms.
- For extra heat, add a dash of chili flakes or sriracha.
