Description

A flavorful and hearty stir-fry combining tender steak, juicy shrimp, and noodles tossed in a savory sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned but not fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining oil to the skillet, then add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes.
  6. Return steak to the skillet and add cooked noodles.
  7. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  8. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh or thawed shrimp for best results.
  • Feel free to add other veggies like snap peas, carrots, or mushrooms.
  • For extra heat, add a dash of chili flakes or sriracha.
