Description

Sticky Bun Bites are mini, gooey, caramelized pastries packed with cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans, all baked into bite-sized perfection. These treats are ideal for breakfast, brunch, or dessert and deliver all the flavor of traditional sticky buns in a fun, shareable format.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt if using.
  4. Place a few chopped pecans and a drizzle of honey or syrup at the bottom of each muffin cup.
  5. Roll biscuit pieces in the butter-sugar mixture and place 2–3 pieces in each muffin cup.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool for 2–3 minutes, then carefully invert the muffin tin onto a tray to release the bites with the sticky topping.

Notes

  • Serve warm for maximum gooeyness.
  • Try adding a pinch of nutmeg or clove for extra spice.
  • You can replace pecans with walnuts or omit for a nut-free version.
