Sticky Bun Bites are mini, gooey, caramelized pastries packed with cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans, all baked into bite-sized perfection. These treats are ideal for breakfast, brunch, or dessert and deliver all the flavor of traditional sticky buns in a fun, shareable format.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt if using.
- Place a few chopped pecans and a drizzle of honey or syrup at the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Roll biscuit pieces in the butter-sugar mixture and place 2–3 pieces in each muffin cup.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for 2–3 minutes, then carefully invert the muffin tin onto a tray to release the bites with the sticky topping.
Notes
- Serve warm for maximum gooeyness.
- Try adding a pinch of nutmeg or clove for extra spice.
- You can replace pecans with walnuts or omit for a nut-free version.
