- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the sausages.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sausage and sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
