Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding is a creamy, dreamy dessert that layers luscious cheesecake filling, ripe bananas, fresh strawberries, and vanilla wafers into a no-bake treat that’s perfect for gatherings or indulgent cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (11 oz) box vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and cold water until combined. Add cheesecake pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 5–10 minutes to set.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the chilled pudding mixture and beat until well combined and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the cheesecake pudding mixture until light and fluffy.
  4. In a trifle dish or large serving bowl, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, strawberries, and cheesecake mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Garnish the top with additional strawberries, banana slices, and crushed cookies if desired.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use firm bananas to prevent them from getting mushy.
  • Can be made a day ahead for deeper flavor and easier serving.
  • Top with a drizzle of strawberry syrup for extra sweetness.
