Description

A tangy and sweet dessert featuring layers of soft sugar cookie crumbles, creamy lemonade filling, and a buttery topping for the perfect citrusy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Press half of the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the lemonade filling over the cookie dough layer and spread evenly.
  5. Crumble the remaining cookie dough on top of the filling and sprinkle with white chocolate chips if using.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is golden and set.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For extra tang, add more lemon zest to the filling.
  • Chill for an hour before cutting for cleaner slices.
  • Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
