- 1 (16 oz) package sugar cookie dough
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Press half of the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the lemonade filling over the cookie dough layer and spread evenly.
- Crumble the remaining cookie dough on top of the filling and sprinkle with white chocolate chips if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is golden and set.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For extra tang, add more lemon zest to the filling.
- Chill for an hour before cutting for cleaner slices.
- Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
