- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Return shrimp to the skillet.
- Pour in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through and sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles.
