This tear-and-share puff pastry ring is filled with a creamy, savory spinach, artichoke, and feta dip—perfectly golden, cheesy, and made to impress at any gathering or holiday table.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, feta, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into a large circle. Transfer to baking sheet.
- Place a small bowl in the center and gently press to create a ring outline.
- Spoon the filling evenly in a circle around the bowl outline.
- Cut slits from the outer edge of the pastry to the edge of the filling at regular intervals (like sun rays).
- Fold each pastry strip over the filling, pressing to seal in the center.
- Remove the center bowl, brush pastry with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving. Guests can tear off pieces to enjoy!
Notes
- Make the filling a day ahead and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve with extra dip in the center for an added wow factor.
- You can substitute feta with goat cheese or mozzarella if preferred.
