- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups rolled oats

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional for topping)
- Butter or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, cinnamon, milk, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in rolled oats until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with chopped nuts and sprinkle with brown sugar if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
