- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 4 small flatbreads or lavash
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon harissa
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, diced onion, and red pepper. Season with cumin, paprika, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and veggies are tender.
- Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet and spoon the ground mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until flatbreads are crispy.
- Meanwhile, combine yogurt, harissa, and dill in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with harissa dill yogurt before serving.
