Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 4 small flatbreads or lavash
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon harissa
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, diced onion, and red pepper. Season with cumin, paprika, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and veggies are tender.
  3. Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet and spoon the ground mixture evenly on top.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until flatbreads are crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, combine yogurt, harissa, and dill in a small bowl to make the sauce.
