Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and garlic, cooking until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add Velveeta cheese cubes and milk to the beef mixture. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until pasta is evenly coated and cheese is melted.
  6. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
