- 1 small onion, diced

- 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and garlic, cooking until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Reduce heat to low, add Velveeta cheese cubes and milk to the beef mixture. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Stir in cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until pasta is evenly coated and cheese is melted.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
