Description

White Cheddar and Spinach Chicken Burgers are a savory, healthy twist on classic burgers. Ground chicken is blended with chopped spinach and sharp white cheddar for a rich, hearty flavor in every bite!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Divide mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Preheat a nonstick skillet or grill to medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
