- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix ingredients together until well blended.
- Divide mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet or grill to medium heat.
- Cook patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
