- 1 (16 oz) box saltine crackers
- 3/4 cup canola or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
Instructions

- In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine oil, za’atar, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add crackers and gently toss until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Spread the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
